I am being asked to pay $by the condomanagement company for an unfounded and unjust lawyers letter sent to me
In June of 2016, a cleaning vendor hired by our management cosprayed windex into an open window where my cat usually sits Upon noticing this, I politely informed the girl that the window was infact open and to please not spray as my cat is there(the girl was on her cell phone at the time and just continued to spray not even noticing the open window.)I sent an e-mail to the board of directors and a week later I received a lawyers letter informing I have a warning as unit owners are not to speak with any hired vendors for the community I responded the letter and asked if they could cite any examples of anything I might have done They in turn responded stating they were not going to cite examples but if they hear of any other communication between the vendor and myself they would file a case against me FOR WHAT? I hear nothing for a few weeks until I receiv

Unfortunately our association did not read all the prior reviews for Pointe Management before selecting them as our management companySince day one I have been nothing but disappointed with their lack of professionalism and care for our communityPointe claims that the issues homeowners are having are from the boardSeveral attorneys disagree and now legal action has to take placeThis company definitely has some shady business going on with vendorsLaws in the community are being passed, rules are not being followed and Pointe management refuses to respond to residentsI have personally reached out to the company times to request information regarding a upcoming board meeting date and it has been weeks with no responseThe office staff is rude and *** *** the property manager is about as unprofessional as they comeThe only response you will receive is a comment from a negative review placed onlineOur community has been cited from the city for an unsanitary pool, the pool company clearly isn't there times a week to maintain it like our contract states*** also must have a contact with Sal's towingThe company comes late in the evening and targets homeowners especially those with unlocked vehiclesI wonder if someone is receiving a kickback? I have been a homeowner in this community since and we have NEVER experienced a management company as poor as this onePlease please please if you are looking for a company to protect your home DO NOT chose Pointe ManagementIt's heartbreaking to see the damage that they are causing in our community, our homes

I called again and this time spoke with EvelinI explained my situation that this needed to be approved quickly as I had a mold issue and was living in a hotelShe sent me the form and as soon as I returned it to she forwarded my application to my property manager who approved it the same day

I agree with the previous complaint submittedSomething is not right with this companyWe have rules but only certain rules are enforced by Point ManagementNo parking of Commercial Vehicles is one rule and it has never been enforced after numerous complaintsWe have so many commercial vehicles parked in the community it looks like a warehouse zoneI know people have to work, but there is a warehouse complex next door that is empty in the evenings and people could park their commercial vehicles thereBut one electrical company has up to or vans parked around our complex constantlyWonder why that is OK with Point Management, but a weed growing through you fence is not
A weed growing through your back fence and you will get a letterOr a tear in the awning, even a minor tear and you receive a letterSo then after the letter arrives guess who shows up next, City Code Enforcement
I have even received a letter about a tear in my screen porchYou cannot see if from outside the fence, but the guy comes around and pears over your fence and photographs thingsStrangeOh at one of our meetings they agreed we had a rat problem, will been here years, never had a rat problem, but now I have a hole in my porch screen the size of a rat hole
So you can have Commercial Vehicles (against the rules) but you cannot have a minor tear in your awning or screenNot reasonableThe previous comment posted talks about deals Point must have with contractors, we have said this for yearsThere is one awning company, the only awning company that will service our complexSo you have a minor tear, get a letter, City Code Enforcement shows up and then you have only one awning company willing to give you a price! Lawn maintenance what a racket, they mow all the time, but they leave the grass so high when mowed so they have to come back every weekRacket! The guy that attends our monthly home owners meeting wears a pair of glasses that split in the middle, When he is upset or not happy with a question you ask those glass go on and off so rapidly it funny, but it notI could go on forever about this company; they have rackets going on with so many contractorsAnd yes I agree with the other lady, the towing company is also a set up with Point
