To Whom it may concern, I just received a letter about a complaint # [redacted] that was filed by a person who we serviced for their Invisible Dog Fence on 10/21/We were asked to come to Mr [redacted] ’s property to fix their fence as it was not operationalThis Fence was not installed by our company and was installed by the homeownerThe fence was on acres which equates to 7,linear feet and we had fixed as the customer says “two small breaks” Due to the size and condition of the wire it took over two hours to trace these breaks and fix for the customerThe customer called on 10/23/complaining that their dogs were getting corrected inside the houseWe called back immediately and trouble shot the problem over the phoneMr [redacted] hung up the phone on us and then we called back again to insure everything was good and that we would be back free of charge to make sure everything was okayHe then hung up the phone againAfter speaking with the technician who was there we responded to Mr [redacted] and told him that even though he tested the signal field and it was working properly we felt that we will refund Mr [redacted] in full and no longer service his fenceSincerely, [redacted] [redacted] Invisible Fence of Northern Vermont [redacted]

Due to the size and condition of the wire it took over two hours to trace these breaks and fix for the customer. The customer called on 10/23/15 complaining that their dogs were getting corrected inside the house. We called back immediately and trouble shot the problem over the phone. Mr. [redacted] hung up the phone on us and then we called back again to insure everything was good and that we would be back free of charge to make sure everything was okay. He then hung up the phone again.
