Lost/stolen/missing items from move, damage and loss of goods from move and storage, damage to home from movers and*** damage to personal items

We had extensive damage done by the movers during the move to our furniture and some expensive art work They also attempted to over charge usThe movers were extremely rough with our furniture to the point we had to tell them it wasn't cheap and to take more care They didn't care and just told us to contact Points West with a complaint A box of expensive picture fell while on the truck and all they said was "oops they heard that"! When a complaint was filed we were told that we declined the insurance and we would have to file under our home owners insurance At no time was the extra insurance discussed so we weren't even knowledgeable that we needed it The company knew that we needed to storage our furniture for a number of days prior to move in and we were told that they would bring a storage unit, this was not done which meant that our furniture would have to be moved more than the once This has the potential to cause damage in itself I feel that they've breached our o
