I ordered a dress in March 2020 and never got it. I have sent several emails asking about the product or a refund. No response on any of my emails. Do not order from them

Ordered a jacket in Jan. Credit card was charged immediately, never recieved it. Scam company!!!

I did not receive a jacket ordered in January. I got one response to my first email about it, but since then have not gotten any response to my requests for a refund.

I ordered a jacket from them in 2019 order#1902 and never received it, I sent them several emails with no response, I wanted either my jacket or my money back, all they kept saying was we will get back to you. Never heard from them again.

It took 3 1/2 months to get one of my items and I ordered a 3XL and it looks like It has been shrunk to fit a 10 year old.

I ordered a jacket in February 2020. Never received it. Email sent and they told me because of Covid it will be delayed. It is now June and I still have no jacket. Tracking number shows it is not available. They won’t return any emails now. This is a scam. Do not purchase from them!!! Shannon

Charged credit card March 2, 2020 but never shipped jacket. Order #***; Customer service says order was processed, but never provided tracking number. Phone number has been disconnected. Have contacted my credit card company to assist but not their fault.

Horrible company!! The sweater that I received was different than the picture advertised.They won't send me a postage label to send it back and the post office is charging me $28. to return a sweater that cost me $40. Terrible customer service! Stay away!

Paid by credit card on March 2nd. Still have not received on May 23. They say order is being processed but I’ve never had an order arrive this slowly. Facebook needs to take down ads.

I ordered a jacket in January and never got it. When I call I get a busy signal. Email I get a automated response that it shipped. I was charged and never got them jacket. It was a scam that they are getting away with.

I ordered a jacket from them in the end of January. I have emailed them 4 times and now it’s May 20,2020 and I still have not received my jacket. I asked them to just reimburse me but they said in March it was in transit and could not do that. This is a bogus company! They just rip people off.

I received a call from this number, it was a lady saying to call back immediately to the 888 number for the company and give my social security number or an arrest warrant would be issued for my name. I have never heard of this company and do not know what is going on. I still have the voicemail. I want to know who they are and why they are calling me threatening this.

Ordered 2 items e months ago. One was delivered. The other never received. Have contacted numerous times always same response. Item on way. $50. Coat. Asked for refund. No response.

Took my money never received the product it has been 4 months. They continually lie and tell you it is on its way. No one to talk to, no customer support. If you purchase from them you are throwing your money out the window

I placed an order and paid in full in February - it took weeks for a response about the shipment. It finally shipped, but to the wrong address. I never reveived my order and their phone number is disconnected. I’m out $94 and get no response by phone or email.

I placed an order in January and keep getting tracking numbers that can't be found. Do not order from them. I asked them to cancel my order on several occasions, they just send me bogus tracking numbers and do not reply to my request. I have a dispute in with my credit card company.

On 01/25/2020, I ordered a sweater online from PoisedLady.com., for which I was charged $35.06 USD by a merchant listed on my credit card statement as STYLISH SHOP, STORE HTTPSSTYLISHSOR. I finally received my order on 04/15/2020. The product is of extremely poor quality & I chose to return it, per the company's Return Policy, which is 30 days from receipt of item. In accordance with their return/refund policy, I emailed them on 04/28/2020 to request a Return Authorization number, to which they responded on 04/30/2020 that my order was delivered. {Huh?} I immediately responded that I wasn't asking for delivery information, since I had already received the item, but to please send me an authorization number to return the item & receive a full refund. On 05/01/2020, they sent me instructions to go to their website & fill out the merchandise return form, which I did, only to get a message that it'd been over 30 days & I'm not eligible for a return/refund. I immediately pointed out that it had only been 21 days since delivery of the item, not 30 days. I have not heard back from them since. I have tried calling the number listed, but it is not a valid number. I have all emails documenting this issue with them, which I'm happy to provide upon request.
