Pokeworks

Order through Doordash. Submitted a pick up order but it took 2 hours for them to finally finish making; thus, I couldn't have the actual food I purchased. I ordered around 11:45 a.m., and was hoping to pick up the order after submitting the order, 45 minutes-1 hour. At 1 pm, the order was still not completed and I was about to get on a ferry for work with my colleagues. I contacted Doordash but they insisted that Pokeworks (store) won't refund the money because they "completed filling the order (made it)". However, the time they finally finished was at 1:09 PM when I was already on the ferry. I didn't receive food I ordered in a timely manner and it doesn't make sense for getting ripped off for something I did not obtain to eat!
