My family has had an account with Poland Spring close to 30 years. This last year came with some major changes to the company, including their name (now "Ready Refresh"). I just finished an hour long conversation (with 1 CS rep, 1 Cancellations rep, 1 Route Administrator) to cancel my service. It appears that our money is longer good. Avoid this company at all costs, they have no respect for your business or time.

1. They usually fail to bring your delivery on the day they schedule. They make changes and have the automated phone system call you and reschedule, sometimes 3 times in the same day.

2. We live in an apartment building so we can't leave empties in the hall. This requires the driver to ring our bell and collect the empties. This is a standing order we've had with the company since we started in the 80's. It is also a note on the account. They just leave the bottles in the hall. We now have 14 empties(and 6 full) in the living room due to this fact.

3. I just made a formal complaint to the company yesterday, because our delivery did not arrive as scheduled. They left another delivery in the hall today. They did not ring the doorbell, I was in the living room waiting for it.

4. Along with cancelling service, I requested that they come and pick up all of the bottles from my apartment today. They said they could not do this today and scheduled the pick up for this coming Tuesday. At this point, should I expect them to keep the "scheduled" pick up date and time? Considering we have never asked any special requests with this company for the last 30 years, they could not deliver this one simple request of picking up the bottle and cancel my service.

5. The real slap in the face was the Cancellation Rep's insistence to try and help retain our business saying, "Is there anything we can do to prevent you from cancelling?"; even after denying our one request.

Review: Their sale person went to my store offer me one water cooler, which is 259.99. And I made payment in full, and use their water,. And 10 mons ago, I closed my business, and today I found they still charging me money which I never request the service.then I called their company, and they said that the water cooler I owned which is rental, they charging rental fee since I open my account, and If I want to cancel my account I have to give them water cooler back, or I have pay them 259.99 for buying the water cooler which I already pay. They refuse to refund the rental fee I shouldn't pay past year, me and their supervisor both agreed that they made mistake, but he said there is no way refund me, and I am responsible for their mistake or error.Desired Settlement: I want my rental fee back, and cancel my account
