John [redacted] was in charge of my workers compensation case, throughout the whole process I constantly had to contact him everyday and his receptionist would always take down my number and say he would call me later and he wouldn't contact me, only when he wanted to. Didn't fully fought for my workers compensation case. Terrible business. It's been a month that I haven't received my settlements check when everything has been approved by the arbitrator and I still haven't received anything not been able to get a hold of him.
