What Ms*** has failed to communicate to you is that this was not a standard customer request towWe were dispatched by Hillsboro Police Department because she was in an accidentHad this been a standard (costumer request ) tow the fees would have been considerable less When it is an
accident tow (incident management) there are other fees that apply such as clean up of broken glass, plastic, metal, etc Hooking up to a wrecked car is more difficult than hooking up to one that has not been wrecked, therefore costing moreWe were recently audited by TDLR who regulates the wrecker industry and we were in compliance with everything they require from usBottom line is a tow from a wreck cost more than a tow from point A to point B

As I had stated previously, the insurance wrecker towed my car miles at the cost of $ versus the mile (if that far) tow, Polansky towed my car and charged me $545.00.How can a member of the Revdex.com get away with such theft? dispatched by Texas Department of Public Safety because she was in an accidentHad this been a standard (customer request) tow the fees would have been considerably lessWhen it is an accident tow (Incident management) there are other fees that apply such as cleanup of broken glass, plastic, metal, etcHooking up to a wrecked car is more difficult than hooking up to one that has not been wrecked, therefore costing moreWe were recently audited by TDLR who regulates the wrecker industry and we were in compliance with everything they require from usBottom line is a tow from a wreck cost more than a tow from point A to point 11(consent tow) The Texas Department of Public Safety dispatches all wrecker services on rotation for the designated areaWhen dispatched we are required to tow the vehicle which was in an accident from the interstate or roadwayAs stated above, these cost are different than consent tows and ail expenses charged to the customer are regulatedWe assisted the customer as required by TDPS dispatchThe TOPS are not working with usIs a true rotation cell and the wrecker service next on rotation is dispatched
