Polar Auto Air

Review: Vehicle was brought to polar auto air to fix AC. Business claims that starter was not operational. Fix was made without anyone's consent or knowledge. After all work was completed, polar auto air claims that the problem was a an air compressor. Approximately $1300 was paid to this business to perform a job and that job was not completed. Upon speaking with Mike (Owner), he stated that there was nothing he was willing to do to remedy the situation.Desired Settlement: I would like some of the labor refunded. This vehicle was in the shop approximately a week. The labor was charged as 10.5 hours. Parts were charged. This company can not continue to do business in this manner.

The company has indicated they are willing to do what they can to resolve the issue once they have more information on the complaint itself.

absolutely horrible!! when purchasing a used vehicle the dealer sent it there to get ac fixed, after a week it was "finished" within days it quit working. I brought it to get tested elsewhere and found that the high pressure valve was leaking, the expansion valve was messed up and the brand new compressor they installed wasn't even bolted down. The day I brought it back to them the lady was rude and was like and what do you want me to do about it, are you serious? I expected my car ac to be fixed, I know these items take time however to be stuck without a vehicle again after spending so much money on one I am disgusted. not even an apology for the problems I'm having.
