I met with [redacted] today...there was a misunderstanding on the part of one of my project managers with the warrantyMost of the CertainTeed shingles we install come with a year warranty [redacted] s home is what we refer to as "low-slope" meaning architectural shingles dont work, you need either a special kind of shingle or a torchdown type productWe did the Patriot shingle for her by CertainTeed which only comes with a maximum of year coverageWhen she called in about the year guaranteed which was mistakenly issued, one of our admins failed to handle it promptly and communicate back to herI went down today and delivered a copy of our records for her warrantyI explained the situation and I believe the situation is resolvedI am also following up with the manufacturer to send her and official certificate as soon they can and we discussed a little service we will do on her gutters that got banged up during installIf there are any other questions or anything else I can do for [redacted] , please let me know!
