Polar Pediatric Dental Care

My daughter was seen in their office mid 2019. Around October 2019, I contacted the office in attempt to scheduling her an appointment for a chipped tooth that was severely bothering her. I was informed that there was a unpaid balance ...Which I later learned was related to medical insurance. I properly informed the answering receptionist that letter nor a phone was ever made notifying of a unpaid balance and expressed my disgust with not being able to make an appointment. I handled this issue in a timely manner and requested that they resubmit the balance to the insurance company. Again, I was informed that the balance needed to be resolved and through MANY phone calls and conversations I was ultimately able to schedule an appointment.
My daughter has attended this dental office since she was 2years old and is now 10yrs old. I have never had an issue with missed appointment as we typically receive a email or phone call reminder. Which this DID NOT happen and the appointment was missed. NOR did we receive a phone call indicting a missed appointment. It was nit until I called the office to confirm or scheduled date and time (I had written down the wrong date) when I was told that the appointment was missed and we could NOT reschedule. I have since fax a request asking that my daughter dental records to be sent to another dental specialist. This has NOT happened, nor have I received any communication as to why the records have not been sent per my written request, It is now January and my daughter is still in significant pain from a chipped tooth that resulted from a horrible fall.
The lack of communication from this business is outlandish and pure unprofessional. I am still waiting for a response to email that was sent requesting a update as to why the records have NOT been sent to the other business.
