[redacted] and [redacted] both signed a contract that spells out what happens to their deposit, and their responsibility. This is a landlord tenant issue, and one where the tenant left without notice. I have sent a reply to this prior to the Revdex.com, I have sent [redacted] and [redacted] two letters detailing and explaining what happened to their deposit and my efforts to mitigate any loss.
