I am rejecting this response because:
His response doesn't validat the problemHe can argue and doubt what I say all he wantsThat doesn't change what his tech told me or that we paid $for nothingWe were having the same exacts problem a week later, so clearly they didn't fix it. Our home warrenty outcome is none of his buisness but was declined because of how they wrote it downClearly if it was a drainage issue and they fixed it then we wouldn't be in the same position now. I believe this position gives me the right to be a bit unpleasant, but that gives a business owner no rights to be. I do not believe there will be a good outcome to this complaint and I don't care to have any more interaction with this company but want there poor service to be on file

new customers to guarantee payments. I just purchased this Business on Jan 1 2017. Also Williston ND is a oil boomtown people come and go quickly and skip out on bills this is why they told me to get credit card numbers.We did install the furnace on Jan 29 2014 and the original owner of the house had finance charges which means he didn't make his proper payments. How am I to know that this is not any relation to him ( sister, Girlfriend, wife). This is all done as precaution to protect myself and my new business.Technician:My technician on this job is very detail oriented, he looks over as much as he can to find and fix issues. This issue is furnace drainage (condensation). He leveled the furnace as it seemed to have settled. He did add an external drain trap to stop any back flow into furnace. I was not on site, but I know my tech that has been to college and spent the last 10 years working on furnaces has never had a complaint. The accusation of him making comments that " I think this will work" is doubtful to me. Charges:We charge a standard to all our customers of $92/ hour and a 1 time $8 truck charge to cover gas and insurance for the vehicle. He was at the shop I talked to him about the job he had transit time to the site worked on site and transit back to shop. This is a "shop to shop" charge by the hour. her furnace is under warranty which covers furnace defective parts only, on a furnace she didn't purchase I offered to cover that warranty.Call back:Ms. [redacted] was unpleasant on the phone her only concern was that we come back for free and look into the problem further. I told her we would be more then happy to return and further investigate the issue, but we are unable to do it for free. We did fix issues that needed to be addressed. In consideration for our customers we try to service as needed so that hourly charges don't get racked up up. Insurance:She had her insurance call me and she was trying to get them to pay for the work performed. They have declined her payment.
