Review: On Monday September [redacted], I dropped off 9 dress shirts and 3 dress slacks to Polaris Cleaners for dry cleaning. Several days later, my 9 shirts were delivered to my apartment building, but my dress slacks were not returned. When I went to Polaris Cleaners to inquire where my slacks were, they claimed I had never given the slacks to them. But since I personally took the slacks out of my closet and personally took them to the cleaners and dropped them off, I know for a fact that I definitely did give them my three pairs of slacks. So far, they have not even offered any kind of apology or offsetting compensation. I have been a regular user of this business for three years. Upon checking reviews on [redacted] following this incident with them, this seems to be a pattern of theirs, to lose clothing and not to offer any compensation for the loss.Desired Settlement: I want my three slacks to be returned. These slacks are all less than one year old and originally cost $300 total plus tailoring alterations.

Review: I took a dress I ordered online to get hemmed on 10/*/15. The lady told me they could hem it for $45. I went to pick up the dress the next day and they did not provide the service I requested. Instead of hemming my dress, they simply cut the bottom of the dress with scissors. Now my dress is ruined and I had to pay for a service that I do not feel was provided. I told them countless times that I was unhappy with the service they provided and they would not give me my dress back without paying so I had to pay for a service they did not fulfill. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been going there for 2 years now and it is not right they simply cut my dress with scissors. I could have done that myself. There are multiple Polaris cleaners in the city. The one I went to is in the building I live in. The address is [redacted]. The two ladies I dealt with were Kimberly and Anna. Anna works at another location but came to talk to me since Christina does not speak good English. She was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life.

The police came and agreed that my service was not fulfilled. They told me what I should do is pay for the service adn file a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back that I had to pay and I would like reimbursement of my dress that they ruined. I have the receipt where it says hem on it and they did not fulfill their obligation.

My dress was $68 + $16 for shipping. The charges for the alterations were $45. I would like to be reimbursed for $129.
