I am rejecting this response because: When I set up the appointment for them to inspect the tint I informed the woman on the phone that I didn't get off of work until pm and would not be able to get to the business until pm or soWe agreed this time would be okI was later informed that she wrote down the wrong timeWhen Allen and I were discussing this he started raising his voice and telling me that it was my fault for being late and not willing to admit their was any possibility of the time being written down wrongThe business closed prior to the closing time listed on their door and websiteAllen and I started arguing over the phone and eventually he stated he was refusing to fulfil the terms of the warranty he provided me withI never swore or called names in our conversation, I was just trying to have them cover the warranty for the faulty product they installed on my car

To whom it may concern. I am sorry that the year of the car was wrong as the person that made the appointment made it for a not a 2014. In this case the case is a year older than noted which makes the battery a year older. The car sat outside overnight based on your response in the cold. This can drain the battery as well. We just know the car was there when we got there do not know the exact date and time dropped off. As stated we perform the same process on every car we tint. We complete window tints on over cars a year and have NEVER had a single complaint about this issue. We do nothing with the mechanics of the vehicle only put tint on the windowsWe do not open the hood, work on mechanics, play with battery etc. The windows are rolled up and down and that is it. This should not cause a battery to drain without other circumstance such as cold weather, age of battery etc Per an article from AAA dated 1/9/life expectancy of an average battery has been defined as to years. It also states beware that cold/freezing temperatures can do deplete the age as wellAll these factors would play into a battery going bad, not our service. We did not do anything different on the process of this installation. We have been in business for over years perform window tints on a daily basis and do not encounter this issue. The vehicle started just fine every time we had to start it such to pull in and out of the shop. We had no issues at all starting nor the extra power being used as it was being worked onI have fully explained how this process works. Unfortunately a battery does not last forever in a vehicle and does require maintenance. Based on how the process of the window tint this would not create the battery to drain and not start the car. If it did this would happen on every car we perform a window tint on. I am sorry this in this unfortunate situation but the process we perform would not create this issue aloneThank you, Allen *** Polarizauto

Customer was 2 hours late for his 3pm appointment. When he called the next day, he was very rude and said he showed up at 5pm for us to fix tint. He was told that he was late for appointment and Allen waited an additional 1 1/2 hours, past the 3pm appointmet for him. He was informed that...

the appointment was for Allen to look at tint to see if there was an installation problem or if the problem happened by customer's care of tint. While on the phone, for 20 minutes, another customer, in the shop, told Allen that he would talk to this rude customer and customer hung up. Customer called a week later, after this initial appointment, and was rude again and he was informed that we would not do anything for him as we had the appointment set up, he missed it and he was very rude. He replied he'd report Polarizauto to the Revdex.com. Polarizauto will not pay for any costs customer incurred.PolarizautoAllen [redacted]//mh

Complaint #[redacted] To whom it may concern: This is in response to claim #[redacted].  We had an appointment made by [redacted] for a full car window tint on a 2015 Toyota Camry. [redacted] is the only person we talked to when scheduling the appointment and only person we had contact with during the...

process of working on the car. The appointment was for Monday December 5th.   When we arrived at our office that morning the car was already dropped off in the parking lot, not sure how long it was sitting there before we arrived and temperatures were fairly cold. When we got settled at the office we pulled the vehicle into our garage.  It started just fine with no issues.  We called [redacted] to confirm the percentages they were looking for in regards to the window tint and then started the same process we do on all cars for window tints. The window tint process is the same on all cars.  We pull the car in our shop, we prepare the window tint to be installed.  From there the ignition is turned on to roll the windows down slightly and then shut off.  Each window is worked on separately,  the window is slightly rolled down to install the tint and the door is left open as we cannot install with the door closed as the tint is on the inside of the window.  The car is never left ran running and ignition is off. As each window is completed the door is closed.   This was a full car tint with 4 doors and the rear window.  It does take a few hours for this process but again the car is not on nor is the ignition. After the car was completed we called [redacted] to let him know it was done and asked when they would be there to pick it up as we do not like to leave the cars out in the cold if does not need be.  After confirmation of the pick-up time we pulled the car out of the shop back to the parking lot, the car started just fine again with no issues at all.  [redacted] and another person came to pick up the car within 15 minutes of it sitting outside. It was only outside a short period of time. The person that was with [redacted] when the car was picked up called to say the car did not start and wanted to know what we did to it since it would not start.  I tried to explain the process of what we do and that the car was running fine 15 minutes prior to them picking it up.  She would not let me fully explain, continuously cut me off and then hung up on me. I looked outside a bit after our call and the car was gone, assumed was running and they left. [redacted] called me a shortly after leaving and asked for me to take a look at a couple of the windows and brought the car back for me to look at it.  I corrected the concerns with the windows and nothing was brought up/discussed about the car having any other issues. We only performed a window tint appointment on this car.  The car is not left running, ignition is not left on.  We do roll the windows down a bit when working on the car and roll then up when done with the car.  We do not do anything with the engine area/mechanics, started, battery etc.  Only pull the car in the shop, roll down windows, open and then shut each door as the tint is installed.  There is minimal time the ignition is turned on. We do the same process on all cars for window tints and do hundreds of them every year over the last 10 plus years with no issues this customer is having.  Thank you, Allen [redacted] Polarizauto

I am rejecting this response because: When I set up the appointment for them to inspect the tint I informed the woman on the phone that I didn't get off of work until 330 pm and would not be able to get to the business until 430 pm or so. We agreed this time would be ok. I was later informed that she wrote down the wrong time. When Allen and I were discussing this he started raising his voice and telling me that it was my fault for being late and not willing to admit their was any possibility of the time being written down wrong. The business closed prior to the closing time listed on their door and website. Allen and I started arguing over the phone and eventually he stated he was refusing to fulfil the terms of the warranty he provided me with. I never swore or called names in our conversation, I was just trying to have them cover the warranty for the faulty product they installed on my car.

I am rejecting this response because:
The person that was with him was me THE WIFE who is making this complaint. From your conversation with my husband you KNEW he was dropping the car off on SUNDAY DEC. 4,2016 to get tinted windows on my car. My car was just purchased 4 months ago and its a 2014 not 2015. As you said it started up just fine when you pulled it into the garage to do the tinited windows. Per my recording on my phone and the message he left you Dec 4th at around 330pm stating it was left there. and were the key was. So YOU knew it was there. Secondly, correct my car stated just fine that day I dropped it off. And as you stated it started up fine and brought in the garage. the dome light was still on when you left all the doors open. (as you stated you did) You spoke to my husband 1 time to tell him it was done and when he will be there to pick it up. he spoke to whoever when he called to set up the appointment on what percentage would be done. So, you must have the wrong person. My husband had to jump my car and it never ran the same. The battery was completely drained. And I had to purchase a new one which you should be reliable for cause you drained it all the way down. I have had my windows tinted before on other cars. AND this was the worst possible. My cars always started right up and the customer serivce at the other shops were awesome. Here you do not take responsiblity for your mistakes. So I believe I should be reembursed what I had to pay for a battery since it was your fault.
