Here are the facts pertaining to the false accusations made by Mr. [redacted]. First of all Polen's BuyBid Auto Exchange inc. is a
business to business auto auction, we are not open to the general public, only...

Polen's BuyBid has been in business since 2006. Prior to that in 1985 I built, owned and operated Decatur Auto Auction for
over 13 years. My reputation in the auto auction industry is excellent. We service over 2,400 dealers threw out the
Midwest.
This complaint is all about sour grapes after [redacted] Auto Sales sold a unit through our auction and was paid by
the buyer but did not provide the title at the time of sale. Further it was almost a month before the buyer contacted our
office and complained he had not received the title for the car he had paid for and his check had been cashed just a couple
of days after he picked up the unit. At that time I had our Office manager contact the floor plan company which holds the
titles of [redacted] Auto Sales to ask about this title... they told us that they had no knowledge of the sale and had
not received payment for the car in question. I informed the floor plan company the car had been sold weeks ago. Non
payment to the floor plan company after the sale is a serious violation of the floor plan company and auction rules.
I then called Wrights [redacted] Auto Sales and told them that I needed them to pay off the floor plan company and have
them send the title to our office and to do it today. That did not happen and a few days later I called again they would not
answer my calls, this left me no choice but to contact Auction Insurance Agency to report this violation. Sometime after
that the floor plan company was paid and we received the title.
I heard [redacted] Auto Sales lost their floor plan company for being out of trust plus and were put in the KO Book
by Auction Insurgency Agency. This is a black mark against any auto dealer that does not abide by floor plan agreements
and Auction rules. They have been barred them from doing business with Polen's BuyBid and I understand that they are
now out of business which usually happens when things are not done correctly.
Now about the Post Sale Inspections they owed us for some post sale inspections at this time for some cars they had
purchase, I don't remember the exact number. After this all when down they refused to pay for them, so I told them I
would file a lawsuit if not paid... they then paid because they knew that they owed the payment.
The Post Sale Inspection is a five day Guarantee provided to the buyer by the auction company (Polen's BuyBid) at the
buyers request and expense ( it's a five day insurance policy) and whether the inspection is made or not has nothing to do
with that five day guarantee that protects the buyer from any (unannounced) conditions. We do the inspection to protect
ourselves since we must correct or pay for any unannounced repairs, so if we miss something or even if the entire
inspection is missed we our responsible for the repairs to the buyer. The buyer when ordered has the Guarantee period.
Again if [redacted] Auto Sales did not owe for the Post Sale Guarantee why did they pay us? This is all about them
getting themselves in this problem and trying to cause us a problem. Please ask [redacted] Auto Sales to provide
you with any emails sent to us pertaining to any post sale inspection arbitration issues.
Our company dealt primarily with [redacted] wife, [redacted]. I take no joy in one of our customers have a problem such
as this, I hope this response settles this matter, I do not wish to take legal action against them for making false statements
that results in a report that may damage our reputation.
