We purchased our pool in mid-summer We solicited estimates from several companies, including options for fiberglass, gunnite, and liner poolsSome companies would barely give us the time of day, even though we told them we were serious and were going to make a purchase within daysAfter meeting with several different company representatives, we decided to go with Blue Dolphin [redacted] at Blue Dolphin was extremely helpful from the beginning, and he even took us out to see several recent installations, provided a list of referrals (and we did actually met with some of them), and even took us out to his own home to see his pool, which was the same model we were interested in [redacted] tells it like it is, and was willing to share his opinions / experience on all aspects of the project, including the size/style of pool, options, landscaping, etcPricing was competitive, and we feel it was the best value out all the options we looked atThe installation went pretty much exactly as expected, the pool is absolutely beautiful, and the project came in on-time and within our budgetI had a couple of occassions this summer where I contacted [redacted] for some advice regarding some routine maintenance issues, and he got right back to me with the answers I neededDo some research, ask around, and you will find many people who have purchased in-ground pools and had a frustrating experienceWell, ours was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Blue Dolphin if you're in the market for a pool!

Our family had Blue Dolphin Fiberglass Pools install a pool for us In April We could not have more pleased with the final product, as well as the overall customer service that we received throughout the installation process and beyondThe staff was nothing but professional and courteousThe company representative that we dealt with, *** *, was absolutely outstandingAnd went above and beyond to help us with a water issue that we were having a couple months after the installMy pool was exposed to excess fertilizer from my hydroseeded yard from another contractorWhen I approached *** with the issue, he immediately came out to test my water levels and identified the issue*** then drained water from my pool, added the proper chemicals and added an unknown amount of gallons of water to bring the pool back to the required level, all of this done the day that I made the callI am not sure that I know any company that had ever shown me a more satisfying level of customer service than what *** and his staff did before, during and after the installation processI would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for customer service excellence and an even better pool

The crew started digging on June 6th and were out of my backyard by June 9thIt was amazing to see the work and transformation that occurred during that time (we were lucky to have great weather during the install)My children were in the pool the following day Blue dolphin made a point to fully explain the equipment and the upkeep of the poolQuestions that arose after the install were answered fully and in a timely manner
The concrete crew also did amazing workWe added quite a bit of concrete and both blue dolphin and the concrete contractor helped us design the concrete pad for best look and best usage for our family
Overall, I would highly recommend blue dolphin poolsNot only do they have a superior product, but also a superior company
I recently did an "assisted" install on a 14'x33' pool and these guys did a great job on the installWithin day they came out and dug, installed the base, set and leveled the pool and began backfill of stone and filling the pool with waterI'll admit they were a little slow on dropping off all the parts and pieces I needed to finish my end, but in the end *** made things right and I had everything I needed to complete my endThe pool is fantastic and the kids are swimming everyday
