I completed the first stage and passed but was informed how the following stages were going to be 10 times as hard as the first, and would almost feel like an interrogation. She was incredibly helpful she broke down all the competencies for me so that I had a better understanding of each one. During my first call with *** I was struggling to formulate a scenario and fully relied on her assistance. By the time I had completed a couple sessions with *** I was then able to formulate my own scenarios. It's important that I was able to formulate that skill as during the ECI several of my scenarios were "denied" and I was required to formulate my own. This is a tactic used during the ECI as a means of seeing how you'll behave under pressure. I was successful at completing my ECI and would not have been without ***'s support.
