I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Although I may not have adhered to their posted strict no-refund policy, at no point in time did I take advantage of their study material I am not asking for a refund but just the material that I paid for I don't understand why a business with such an impeccable business record is refusing to consider making an exception without realizing that I had extenuating circumstances that preventing me from utilizing the study material during the allotted time period
My intention is not to sully such a well respected business, since I have spent the better part of my career utilizing their products All I am trying to do is further my career in my profession and these upcoming study materials would benefit me in that endeavor.

Response Dear Sir/Madam: Police Tutorial Service, Inc. (PTS) has been in business since 1968 and PTS courses have been offered online since 2012. In the 47 years PTS has been in business and in the 4 years that PTS has offered its courses online, PTS has not been the subject of a single consumer complaint. With respect to the instant complaint (ID [redacted]) filed with the Revdex.com, PTS clearly and unambiguously posted the following on its website in the course description: “This course and all material posted within the sessions will remain available through the date of the May/June 2015 Sergeant/First-Line Supervisor/Investigator Examinations.” PTS also has posted on its website its refund policy as follows: “Refunds are not available for any purchased course sessions.” You can verify the forgoing by visiting [redacted]NOT FOR PUBLICATION – PTS does allow students to cancel their access to a course in exchange for registration in a future course when the request is made in a timely fashion (ie. while the course they want to withdraw from is still running) and the student has not accessed the course material. [redacted] is the first person to request a refund, or else access to a future course, four (4) months after the course he registered to take was completed. Notwithstanding, PTS will make this one time exception and allow [redacted] to access to the online 2016 Sergeant/First Line Supervisor Course. [redacted] Please verify your receipt of this email, provide notice of your findings and action, and confirm that you understand that you are not authorized to publish the portion of this response identified as "NOT FOR PUBLICATION".
