My friends and I were quietly drinking and chatting in this bar, not causing any problemsHowever one of the people working there--not sure if he was a waiter or a bouncer because he was never identified to me--informed us that it was last callPeople started to slowly leave the barWe were by no means the last ones, and were simply chatting and finishing our beers before we leftThis man came up behind my friend, grabbed him forcefully by the shoulders, and proceeded to drag him outsideI was appalledI called the police, but they weren't able to do anythingThe man in question disappeared from the scene, and the other employees refused to produce a manager and acted like they had no idea who or what I was talking aboutIt's completely ridiculous that either it's this company's policy to manhandle patrons unprovoked, or the staff are complicit in covering up an act of assault by one of their employees
