ABC Glass Company was contracted by the seller, [redacted] ***, to replace failed dual pane glass panelsThis job was completed on June 2nd, Please note that all we were paid to do was replace the glass panels(Invoice attached) This was not a complete window replacementThere is a difference between glass replacement and a total window replacementABC Glass offers a one year parts and labor warranty to the original purchaser on any of the work we doUnderstanding that this was part of an agreement "to sell", we went out at the request of the new ownerOur techs inspected and resealed the glass panel onlyIt was explained to [redacted] that if the window continued to leak the glass was not the issueThe entire window would have to be pulled and resetWe offered to give him an estimate to complete this work as this was not what we were contracted and paid to doPulling out an entire window comes with many risks and does not guarantee that the leak is not coming from elsewhereLeaks can come from the roof, through stucco, from around the frame [redacted] may need to contact a General Contractor

I am rejecting this response because: I communicated originally that the other company DID NOT have to add any coolant to the systemPeriodI was lied to by the rep and told there was NO COOLANT AT ALL in the systemPeriod? But surprise, surprise it was full! If I had not called the other company out I would have spend thousands of unnecessary dollars on a system I didn't needTHOUSANDS! ? Period! Whatever you say makes NO SENSE because the bottom line is that you do do not what to face the deception that your company tried to pull over on meThere is no way around this since I DID NOT in fact need a new system and since the system is working PERCENT perfectly right now with a minute fixYou refuse to face this FACT!!! I WILL NOT share the other company's name so that you can harass, question and threaten them like you have threatened meFace what your company didMake this a learning experienceYou have tried to scam the wrong person!? Regards, [redacted] ?

Recently Mr [redacted] had an electrician repair his existing electrical service to the heat pumpHe called in and indicated that he needed to have his air handler checkedUpon request from Mr [redacted] the service manager from Air Supply and a Field Service Consultant from Lennox Industries? scheduled an appointment to access the air handler which was found in good working orderSince the installation of the system the homeowner has had different companies out but not able to provide their service/invoice records to Air Supply or Lennox upon our last request to verify work/recommendations? Should Mr [redacted] like Air Supply & Lennox to check the Heat Pump he needs to call ###-###-#### so that we can assist him.? ?

While I do not agree at all that we are the ones doing the harassing or can I verify the services received by others I am sending the $copay back as I am done communicating and will never service this client going further (not that this was a request of theirs just making it known that we are mutually ending the communication and any type of relationship with anyone from this property)

Ms [redacted] and Air Supply associates have spoken regarding the issues at her rental propertyA technician was out and found the system low on charge and performed an electronic leak detection which indicated signs of an evaporator coil leak(Should it have been void of refrigerant a nitrogen test would have been performed) The ELD indicated signs of leakage at the evaporator coil and indeed Ms [redacted] began calling and leaving messages at the office for a quote on this repair and coverage after hours that very eveningWe complied and returned the call after verifying her coverage the next morningLater in the week she called indicating that she had another company out through another warranty company and "all he had to do was replace a part"When I explained what that part did for the unit and asked if any refrigerant was added- she at that time was not certain if he topped off the unitToday I offered to call the warranty company or that company for the service report and she declined Our recommendations are just that and no one is attempting to scam anyone for service/work

Thank you for refunding my $15! For the first time, we finally agree on something!I tried to deal with Air Supply reasonably but the owner could never see things from my, the customer's, perspectiveIf a company were to tell her or someone in her family that they needed a new system for thousands of dollars and someone came out and replaced one part in minutes and did nothing else and the system worked perfectly from then on, I'm sure she'd be just as upsetUnfortunately, she is unable to remove herself from a company owner perspective to understand mineThey say never burn your bridges but this one was burnt upon our first interaction when the representative told me via phone that my system had no coolant and then when the owner said they should have offered other alternatives AFTER I called about spending thousands of dollarsI reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]
