Revdex.com Complaint I took my 18" carat solid gold chain purchased in Italy yrs ago to Jewels to replace the broken clasp.Also known as a clawThe employee was Katie ***With her was Jason ***She took my chain and stated it would be sent out for repairI picked up a chain two weeks later and was very suspicious because it looked like my chain but it was much lighter than mineI took it home and found some photos of my solid gold chainI discovered almost immediately that the chain the jeweler gave me was 2" longerGoing by the photo and the top I had on in the photo and since I have the top, I put it on with the chain and it was very clear this chain was longer( photos enclosed)I measured the chain which is 20" long and my chain is 18" I took it to a reputable jeweler and was told the chain is hollow.My chain was solid goldI went back to Jewels spoke with Mike and he and two others said it was my chainI replied it definitely was not and I would go to the Rotterdam Po
