This is in response to your letter dated September **, 2014 regarding the above-referenced complaint. 
We are sorry to learn that our member [redacted] has been dissatisfied with the service we have...

Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union has investigated [redacted]’s complaint and we would like to inform you that as per Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union (PSFCU) “Business Membership & Account Agreement” we have a right to terminate a business account at any time. [redacted] was provided with the “Business Membership & Account Agreement” at the time he established the business account with PSFCU. 
The relevant section of the “Business Membership & Account Agreement “states: 
24. Termination of Account. We may terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you or may require you to close your account and apply for a new account. We are not responsible for payment of any draft, transfer or item after your account is terminated; however, if we pay a draft, transfer or other item after termination, you agree to reimburse us for the amount of our payment as well as any applicable fees. 
According to our records several negative balance letters were sent to [redacted]. In addition, [redacted] was informed that his account would be closed and charged off due to a negative balance unless he brings the account current during two phone conversations with PSFCU Call Center Representatives on July **, 2014 and August **, 2014, respectively. 
Please be further informed that PSFCU extended the repayment period for 11 days in response to [redacted]’s claim of time extension. The amount owed was never paid; therefore the account was closed. 
As we informed [redacted] on August **, 2014 in order to reopen the account [redacted] is required to repay us the amount due of $509.62.

Review: On ** Ausust, 2014 we agreed with the customer service representative that the checking account would not be closed because it is the only way for me to make payment into it. This was contained in the reply I got from the customer service representative in their internal customer service messaging system. Because the account at Polish & Slavic Credit Union is connected to my brokerage account and the only way for me to receive payment. In a message used by the customer service representative of the bank after my explanation as per previous statement: The customer service representative promised that the account would be kept open for me to make payments. On August **, 2014 I attempted to log into my account and could not. So I called the customer service center at 6:50PM on August **, 2014 and asked why I could not log into the account. I was informed that the account was closed.Desired Settlement: Please reinstate my account as per previous agreement with the customer service representative. As agreed and promised by Polish & Slavic Credit Union by way of customer service representative on August **, 2014.

Review: My credit card was cancelled because (according to PSFCU's letter) there was a break into their secure system of data. This happened almost a month ago!

So far I have not received a new credit card. It is causing me a lot of inconvenience.Desired Settlement: Please send me the new card by overnight delivery. You are neglecting a valued customer!
