FIRST OF ALL CUSTOMER HAD HER FILL SERVICES DONEPAID $DOLLAR FOR IT. THAT DONESECOND OF ALL. AFTER DAY LATER SHE BROKE HER NAIL IT HER FALSE. COME TO THE SHOP FOR REPAIR SHE HAVE TO PAID FOR REPAIR .
YOU CAN LOOK AT ARE SALON POLICY TOOCUSTOMER CAN'T ASK FOR REFUND OF THE FILL SERVICES, BECAUSE THE FILL SERVICES ALREADY FINISHED

I did not at any time, authorize the nail tech to carelessly cutoff my nails.  Furthermore, I was not told that I had to pay before I sat down to have the repairs.  I can't see myself paying for a repair of nails after only 3 days.  No where on the salon's flier or the website do they mention the a warranty period for broken nails - only polish chip repair.  Here is how it's stated, "3-day No-Chip Guarantee on Manicures.
If under normal wear and tear, your manicure gets chipped. Polish Nails Salon will do a touch-up at no charge to you." I should've left the store in at least the same condition that I came.  Not in a more horrible manner!  I was asked to leave the store after being lied to about the owner's name being Lenny!  Please see the attachments.  
I am asking for a full refund of the $17.00 I paid, $15.00 fill + $2.00 tip.

services.  On Monday March 9, 2015 came to my store ask us to do a repair service two of her nail break off.  So the we did the repair for her, we ask her to paid the repair services which is $ 4.00.  The lady told us she is not going to paid for the repair services.  She want to be free.  We tell her we could do it for free.  If she not going to paid we had to remove the repair services which we did already on her hand, which is two finger repair services, and restore it back to the way is was, when the lady step in to ours store.

Review: Being charged for a service that I wasn't told about before charging my credit card, and not willing to give the name of the owner or manager of the salon, so I could call them and complain about what happened to me, so hopefully I could get some kind of resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund of $59.00 please.
