I have asked and demanded over and over for pncu to not have automatic pay for all town storage. They won't do it and instead, they pay out money to them, put my account in the negative and then charge me an insufficient funds charge.. This has added up to hundreds of dollars and they won't reimburse me on the fees. In this particular instance Mr. [redacted] had first inquired in stopping his preauthorized debit card transactions. We informed Mr. [redacted] that the only way to stop the transactions from posting to his debit card would be to block his debit card by closing it out and ordering a new card with a new number. Mr. [redacted] insisted that he would not be able to place a block on his card. Due to the fact that Mr. [redacted] could not follow the proper procedure for stopping debit card transactions, preauthorized debits continued to post to his account. The credit union has also tried to contact Mr. [redacted] on several occasions by telephone, and up until recently he had refused to speak to us via telephone. After receiving Mr. [redacted]'s complaint from the on February 19, 2014 we proceeded to place a block on Mr. [redacted]'s debit card in order to stop the preauthorized transactions as Mr. [redacted] had directed. Following the termination of the card, Mr. [redacted] informed the credit union via email that he would pursue legal action. The credit union has once again unblocked Mr. [redacted]'s card after finally being able to speak to him by telephone recently, but any preauthorized transactions will continue to post to the account. As a courtesy, Polish National Credit Union will refund Mr. [redacted] the overdraft fees incurred on his account, but we cannot take further responsibility should the transactions that Mr. [redacted] has preauthorized for payment continue unless the proper procedure is followed of ordering a new card with a new number

I asked how they did so without my financial information: A [redacted] then told me that I had check that I was self-employed and made[redacted] a month, both are falsse. This is now on my credit as a negative and they refuse to hellp take it back and even hung up on me after I asked them to stop interrupting me.Desired SettlementReverse the loan, it was never completed and should have never been processed (being blank should be the first indicator to a bank employee). And the information of self employment with [redacted]/month is also false and seems made up just to cover themselves. On [redacted] 2015, you submitted an application for a request for credit in the amount of [redacted] for the purpose of credit consolidation and major home purchases. This application was submitted to us through our website, via the online loan application option. On your application, the fields in which you provided some information were your name, address, social security number, date of birth, income, and the amount of loan requested. Under Regulation B, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, we are required to consider this as a completed application and to further provide you with a decision within thirty days of application. The credit union has no ability to alter the information submitted by an applicant. We will gladly provide you with a copy of the original application which you submitted, should you wish to request it. Further, when completing an online loan application, you were required to read and accept the applicable disclosures before submission of the application. You did accept and acknowledge the following disclosure:"My transmission of this application as an "electronic record" containing my "electronic signature", as those terms defined in applicable federal and/ or state laws (excluding audio and video recordings), or my facsimile transmission of this application containing a facsimile of my signature, shall be as effective, enforceable and valid as if a paper version of this application were delivered containing my original written signature. Each of the undersigned hereby acknowledges that any owner of the loan may verify or re-verify any information contained in this application or obtain any information or data relating to the loan, for any legitimate purpose through any source, including a source named in this application or a consumer reporting agency."The complaint you filed also alleged that the processing of your application resulted in "a negative" on your credit report. Polish National Credit Union has only reported to the applicable credit bureau that an inquiry was made on your behalf. There was no negative information reported in connection with your application for credit.
