Great service
I’m a Polish TV Company customer almost from the very beginning. I miss one „National Geographic” program it would be fantastic to have it again. There were ups and downs but the current service is superior, there is really a lot to choose from. Especially the conveniently located video library which is still enriched. I highly recommend it.

The concept of the TV app is good. However, there is a LOT of work that has to be done in order for customer to enjoy watching it. The app freezes, like...ALL the time! You have to be lucky to watch 20 min of Telexpress without going back to channel list and choosing the program again. I have three TVs with the app loaded on them but watch only one TV at the time. The only reason I purchased it is for my mom visiting from Poland, once she is back, would not pay a penny. The developers really need to go back to their drawing boards and start over. There was a recent app update...it did nothing to improve the viewing experience. It also asks for username and password even when you don't sign out. Then when you type first letter of the email, the message already pops up "Wrong email or password"...?
This program is not worth the money they ask for. I had to call twice for help, and all they say is that there will be an app update...please...they have no idea whats wrong with the app they created... don't waste your money
Giving two stars for the concept...but that's all they offered...

Nie polecam nikomu! Okropny serwis.Niby pisza ze mozna ogladac na kazdym sprzecie.Nie nie mozna! Obraz zacina sie co 20 min trzeba wszystko restartowac albo obraz jest beznadziejny.Dzwoniac trzeba spedzic na telefonie do 2 godzin zeby rozmawiac z ludzmi ktorzy nic nie umia I ani po polsku ani po angielsku nie umia mowic.Dzwoniac pare razy kazdy mowi co innego a na koniec czlowiek dowiaduje sie ze nic nie moga poradzic na to ze sie zacina...trzeba czekac moze kiedys naprawia...taka odpowiedz mozna uslyszec.porazka ! Niech nikt sie nie nabiera na ich serwis

I saw quite strange comments below, we didn't face any of those problems. We have connected this service quite recently and using Smart TV app to watch. Honestly, I was worried a bit because of not very good reviews, but they give 3 days free trial on their website. We checked first and everything worked smoothly. So, for now, I recommend this TV company))

Got the free trial first to check if everything's working properly.
Did not encounter major problems, only had few channels being frozen couple of times.
Otherwise, the service center is nice and helpful.
Did not expect them having the Smart TV app, am using it a lot.

Purchased the box and remote from Polish TV Company in November 2016 we were told it would work anywhere in United States and even Poland. The equipment did not work. We send it back and they send a new equipment again It did not work, because according to them it was the wrong remote controller that they send. Then the send another controller that still didn't work and told us to go and program it on the internet no assistance. Was told to look up online how to install. No directions or assistance was given at all at any time. They told us to return for full refund. Send it back a month has passed and still no refund. I was told a manager will call me her name is Jadwiga when asked what the last name is We were told that they don't give that out . A manager was suppose to contact me, and I have never received any call backs
They were not helpful. Not pleasant and gave me the run around. I expect a full refund from this Company! Still no refund and no call from manager it has been now four months.

Review: Purchased the product from Polish TV Company. Did not work, did not get correct assistance. Was told to look up online how to install. No directions or assistance was given at all at any time.

Also was told that I would get a refund once I sent all product back. Did receive a partial credit but did not receive the remain amount. A manager was suppose to contact me, and I have never received any call backs.

The were not helpful. Not pleasant and gave me the run around. I expect a full refund from this Company!Desired Settlement: A remaining refund of $160.00.
