His attention to detail is unsurpassedOne of our rugs was not treated before the dog got to it, and although it has taken a lot of work, Chad has made vast improvements to itIn contrast, the yellow mustard stain we already got on the TREATED area, Chad was able to get up very easilyHe also left us a spot cleaner to use in the meantime AND provides a warranty where he will come out for the first year FREE to clean the spot himself, and discounted for the next yearsI LOVE THIS COMPANY!
