is referring to.  I ([redacted], Office Admin) responded to her phone calls but usually had to leave messages. [redacted] was on site every day the project was in progress and spoke with the customers (husband and wife) face to face several times. The additional charges were agreed to and only a very small amount was in question.  I have an email to prove that. Job started on 7/19 & brought to 95% completion on 7/20.  [redacted] was there on 7/24 to repair the damaged phone line and had the rest of the finish work scheduled for that week.  The customer got belligerent with him and did not make the agreed payment so work stopped. I have dates, facts, & pictures showing we were following through with our end of the agreement.  If anything else is needed, please feel free to call me.  [redacted]Office Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]We have documents and pictures and emails where we tried to contact this Polished Concrete and they never tried to contact us.  I was never belligerent to anyone just tried to figure out what had happened to our air conditioner and irrigation system which they had buried under the concrete patio in addition to the telephone cable. They then covered the damaged  wires up with the new sod they placed. I have pictures,phone records and emails where I tried to reach  out to Polished Concrete for at least three weeks with no respond until you sent this complaint. By that time I had to get my phone lines replaced get a contractor to rewire and reconnect my air conditioner also a concrete contractor  to seal the border which they said would be done in 7 to 10 days they never contacted me also had to get a contractor  to saw cut the concrete where they buried a rigged irrigation pad to one of the zones in our yard so no this issue was not resolved by Polish concrete I have had to hire contractors to fix and finish what polished concrete didn't

The phone line was cut late in the day on Thursday 7/20.[redacted] was on site the morning of Friday 7/21 and tried to locate the correct wire locally so he could fix the phone line right away.  He was unsuccessful so had to order wire which took till Monday to arrive.Monday, 7/24 [redacted] went out to repair the phone line but found that it had already been done. The air conditioner had to be disconnected in order to install the patio, the customer agreed to this service.  [redacted] had the reinstallation scheduled for the week of 7/24 as well as all other work that needed to be done, but the customer did not make the agreed upon payment and was not reasonable in discussion with [redacted] on 7/24, so work stopped.  95% of the work was completed.  Contractually, we agree to allow customers to withhold 5% of the contract total until the work is complete.  This customer withheld 50%.To my knowledge, the customer has had all the rest of the work completed, and only paid Polished for 50% of the work that we did, so I am not sure what is expected of us moving forward.

Their respond is untrue they did damage to our propery did not contact us in any way until we filed a complaint with the Revdex.com we had not heard from Polished Concrete I have paid them for the work that the did correctlt the damage was deducted we have had the repairs fixed and have since moved on thank you and please close this file
