have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***This business's response is a lie because the woman that was complained about was not the owner's mother, but regardless, his mother or not, the woman who did my nails did a HORRIBLE jobIn addition, it took a MONTH (not a week) to get a refund after posting MULTIPLE bad reviews on SEVERAL websites and after filing a complaint with the Revdex.comThe only contact the owner has made with me is to threaten to sue me (which he has passive aggressively done again in his bob response) because of the honest and factual bad reviews that I left themThe owner was too cowardly to contact me himself and instead I had to hear from several of his nail technicians, not even a manager, which is very odd for a business to do when it is trying to resolve a customer service issueThe level of dishonesty and poor ethical standards from the business is appalling and the ONLY reason I am accepting to resolve this complaint is because I FINALLY received a refund for the horrendous services rendered
