I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Their response is incorrect. I informed them of Her passing on February 27. I called on March 15 to inform them of the incorrect withdrawal. At that time the CSR I talked to said he saw that I called previously to inform w.  They knew of her passing 2 1/2 weeks prior to the withdrawal.

question took place on 3/13/2018.  We were not notified about Mrs. [redacted]’s passing until 3/15/2018 or would certainly not have taken her payment from the account.  We do not wish to hold her funds from her son, however, we are mandated by the plan to have all refund requests in writing for audit purposes so that we know whom to make the check payable to and where to send the funds. Our refund are processed monthly as this an ERISA plan, not a standard insurance plan. This was explained Mr. [redacted].  We have received the request for refund and it will be processed shortly.  We do apologize for the delay, however we have to follow the plan guidelines set forth.  We appreciate the understanding and are doing our best to resolve this matter. Thank you.  Best, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] is still incorrect. The facts below are correct. He did not call into our office until 3/15/2018. The withdrawal was on 3/13/18. He did not call on 2/27 or any other time prior to that. We keep call note logs as well as all our recorded calls. He is unfortunately mistaken about the dates in this instance. He did not call our office at any point prior to 3/15/2018. Here is the detail from that note date: CLAIM       [redacted]                                    DATE.  3/15/18 NOTE TYPE. GEN  GENERAL QUESTIONINITIALS. **  MEMBER'S SON CALLED BECAUSE MEMBER'S ACCOUNT PULLED FOR ACH FOR MARCH  AND MEMBER PASSED AWAY IN FEBRUARY. GAVE HIM INSTRUCTIONS TO REQUEST   A REFUND AND OUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND THAT REQUEST TO.             Please note that the refund for this account was processed as of 4/24/2018. He should be receiving this refund shortly. At this time, we consider the matter closed for [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
