Polk County Window and Door

I had my Florida room enclosed by Polk County Windows and Doors after the crew left I noticed a dent in one of the inside panels and two windows were installed in one direction and the third was installed in the opposite direction. I called and sent pictures, but got only promises and no followup.
My complaint was nearly a year ago and other than empty promises no action to resolve my instillation issues have been resolved.
For all of the business the Wellington of Winter Haven gives to this company one would expect better complaint resolution.

Paid Bill at Polk County Windows and Doors $1,100.00 so he could order 3 windows and a door he will not install for us now.

He will not return calls or texts from us regarding when he will be able to install for us. I've also emailed him. Guess he just wants to keep our $1,100.00 for no service at all. Would be nice. I'm working on getting him off of the vendor list with Lakeland Electric and calling "Eight On Your Side".

I could not be happier about my new windows. When it was cool enough, we opened every window installed. The job was done in a relatively short time. We had two of our original windows that were difficult to remove. Bill and his crew did a fantastic job. They were polite and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves. I have two small concerns and called Bill with them. He will be here tomorrow to address them. I would be very quick to recommend this company. Price , service and quality are fantastic.

Our new windows are being put in as I write. They are doing a fantastic job! The workers are very nice and willing to do the windows in the order we want them done because of the dog. The windows look wonderful. They take down the blinds and put them back up. AND, they are doing a fantastic job of cleaning up! Love Polk County Window & Door. Thanks, Bill!!

Very poor work. Windows did not fit openings with inaquate measurements done. Window seal broke with moisture built up and we are now going on 6months trying to get Bill the owner of business here to repair / replace glass. He doesn't return phone calls. Other residents in this community also have the same problems. Beware!!! I would warn others of him and his business
