labor***, the owner, winched a Chevy full size extended cab pickup truck 200ft off the roadway in a muddy field in the rainHe used 150ft of cable off of the rollback, two 15ft chains, and two 10ft snatch blocks chains to reach the truck in the field*** stated he also had to remove a tree stump from under the truckThe truck was moved and unhooked four times until it was positioned enough to load onto the flatbedIn total, we were at the scene to hoursThe customer was only billed for hoursThe total bill should have been $525.00, instead he was billed $The customer did ask several times how much it was going to beHe told him he would not know a total price until he was finished loading the truckI am scanning in a copy of the original billIf you have any questions, please call us at *** to reach *** or *** to reach me Thank you, *** ***

$35.00, Storage: $per dayOn January 5th, I was at my nephews wake in LouisvilleI was called by *** to be dispatched to Bluegrass Parkway overpass by *** OfficerThe officer stated that he had been out on the interstate waiting for *** for over an hour and forty-five minutes and he was tired of waiting so he called the next in line on the rotation listAfter about minutes or so, my driver calls me and says the owner of the car wants to talk to me and hands her the phoneShe stated that she wanted it taken to her house but she did not have the money to pay for it, that was the reason she called *** to begin withI told her that if she brought it to the shop she wouldn’t have to pay anything that night until she found out where she wanted it to goShe was hesitant but said she would wait until morning to pick it upThis was the late time we spoke to *** ***About or so minutes later, I get a call from a woman claiming to be the aunt (Tina) of *** ***She immediately started cussing and yelling demanding that we give her niece the carAfter the owner already agreed to have it taken to the shop because she did not have the money to pay the tow and mileageFinally, I had to get rude with her and tell her that since she wasn’t the owner of the car I didn’t have to speak to herTina stated they were going to the police to demand the carWhen the officer called, I told them the same thingShe could not pay for it so it went to the shop until the morningOnce I got back into town I stopped by the *** post and let them know the situationWhile I was there, *** *** calledHe was very nice and apologetic after I told him how the aunt acted and that we only spoke to his daughter that one timeI did tell him that we opened at am and that if they came in when we opened I would make sure that we did not charge a second day on the billStorage is accrued after hoursOn Jan 6th, *** *** came in at 11:and paid her billShe was charged storage for Jan5th and 6thI will be attaching the original bill, and the credit card receipt with the time on itIf you have any questions, please contact me at *** *** ***

This was a roll-over accidentSmoker rolled with truckWhen landed smoker was on top of truck. *** started recovery work, wenched out smoker first got it on the side of the road out of the wayAnd then started recovery of truckOnce the truck was out of ditchThe guy pulled up asking to load the smoker. *** went to the State Trooper, to ask if guy could take smokerThe trooper said no, could not tie up the interstate to loadAnd he was not the ownerAs well *** not the trooper had not been given any instructions from owner to releaseThe owner was in the hospital at the time after the accident. How could the guy know what the trooper said he was in the hospital.The smoker was backed up in front of a door and the truck was parked in front of itIt was not touchingAgain this was a roll over accident. When he came to pihe was extremely rude with ***'s wife, staff and customersUsing bad language. He was upset about bill*** charges are posted. The police were called out and backed *** upStating charges are postedIt was a roll-over with truck, trailer and clean upOfficer stated price fairAnd no customer cannot go into shop insurance will not allow. *** did credit back a $after hours opening gate feeDid not have to.No apology - he was rude and nasty with wife, *** and customerAs well as made threat of kicking ***'s as.No more refundGave the $gate feePrice was listed and fair

*** *** The police officer on site was instructed by me *** *** to let *** *** have the smokerFurthermore I cussed no one at **Polk's businessI was threatened and yelled at by **Polk outside of his officeThe police was called by me and **Polk told them a lie saying that I was not allowed in his shop .I was in his shop for a full hour talking to him about the situation before I was thrown outThe only thing I did was question the bill and then he began to get upset and rude with me and walked out of his officeAfter I paid the bill that is when he turned and jumped in my face screaming and hollering that it was his business and I did not tell him how to run itAll I asked was to see my truck and he refused after I paid the bill I do feel that I was overcharged one he was not supposed to tow the smoker secondly $for a total bill is out rages
