From the beginning of taking on this project I told *** *** of *** *** ***that my time was VERY limited*** *** decided to change the scope of this project on four different occasions after 50% of the work had been completedDuring the planning process, images were
discussed in detail and written down with *** *** approval only to be changed after initial drawings had been startedHe also began another phase of the project after 50% of my work had been done and expected my work to be re-done to fit the scope of another project that had never been discussed*** *** is attempting to get back money he is NOT owed.
As an illustrator that has worked with many happy clients, I find it unfortunate that *** *** devalues an artists time and requests money back for work that has been completedFurthermore, after consulting with my attorney and handling this as professionally as possible, *** *** reply resulted in telling me he hired me for racially motivated reasons and not based on artistic value
