lawyer fails to keep me informed and does not show up to scheduled events. Took my money and refuses to return calls or emails.On August 29,2013 a flat fee agreement was signed and I paid [redacted] with my credit card. Since then the lawyer ([redacted] has made (4) four appointments with me and canceled (2) two of them while being a no-show for two (2) others. This caused me to lose work for two (2) days and incur travel expenses of [redacted] one thousand dollars. Most recently on March 12, 2014 she did not show up for a scheduled hearing and did not contact me.
