I sent money as directed by representatives of Pollack Lending to secure a loan, on three occasions. Promised loan deposit. On fourth request I would not send more and was rejected loan. Pollack Lending's *** stated my he would contact me in regards to refund but has not, and is not returning calls.
Refund I wired money on three occasions, the first two, *** each, and the third, *** for a total of *** On each occasion I was promised loan would be deposited, and I THOUGHT they were an honest, respected firm, as advertised. I want my FULL *** refunded.
The only reason I even kept trying is because the first time did not seem unreasonable. And then, the second, I was "promised" loan would be deposited within 3 hours. Then Mr. Miller got involved and requested *** for...insurance! I could not and told him then to refund. This was approx. 7/06. He did not want to stop process, and in our next conversation he said he was working with his firm to cover that expense. Then stated that on 7/29, the loan would be done with that arrangement. Then, on the 29th, since it was not deposited, I contacted him, and he said they need *** and when I sent it, funds would be deposited. I informed him I had that, but it was needed to pay my bills, so would NOT send it without assurance the momey would be deposited. He TOLD me it would be, he assured me, promised. So I DID send it. Only to be told they rejected the loan, AFTER accepting all the money!
