My family which consists of children and adults and we came in to see Kung fu panda at pm on 5-10-My issue was on how this young blond girl named Shay ( IF THAT IS REALLY HERE NAME, WHO I GOT FROM ONE OF HERE FELLOW WORKER) was very rude to us when we ordered food and drinksI had given her part of my order from half of my children and then asked my other half of kids what they wanted, when she asked me " do you need anything else", well I did not respond at that exact second because I was listening to my kids order at the same time and assuring myself I would order the correct thingThat is when she rudely and loudly said "is there anything else"I felt she was in too much in a hurry to wait for my order, or maybe because we were of the wrong color and she felt the need to be rude , or maybe she did not like the fact that I made her wait like seconds too longWhatever the issue was, I commented back, that can she please wait a few moments I am trying to get the rest of the order and that she does not have to be soRUUUDE! I had a mind to tell management or maybe I should have said something to Mr Michael Pollack, because he was there, and just a few steps away talking to a fellow friend and my family was the only ones in the concession stand too , but I figure I would write insteadI felt almost like crying from how I was treated, and through the whole movie , all I thought about was how this young worker raised her voice at me to finish my orderIt was the worst experience ever at this cinema

August 19, 2015Ms*** ***,We are finding some inconsistencies with the version of events that transpired on Sunday August 16, Our records show open seats inside that auditorium and this was confirmed by our computer sales and visually by multiple employees to be true

My issue was on how this young blond girl named Shay ( IF THAT IS REALLY HERE NAME, WHO I GOT FROM ONE OF HERE FELLOW WORKER) was very rude to us when we ordered food and drinks. I had given her part of my order from half of my children and then asked my other half of kids what they wanted, when she asked me " do you need anything else", well I did not respond at that exact second because I was listening to my kids order at the same time and assuring myself I would order the correct thing.
