Review: On April 24, 2014, I gave [redacted] a deposit of $2,857.00 towards a fence purchase and installation. As of today, November 22, 2015, [redacted] has not installed my fence. I have called him various times and he does not respond to my messages. I've visited him, and he commits to a delivery and then he does not show up. I've e-mailed him and he randomly will respond with another install date, but he will not show up.Desired Settlement: Please, I would like a refund. I feel he will continue to respond with a fake install date and then continue to not show up. Or he will do a bad job and then I am stuck with a bad product.

Tell us why here... [redacted]: This is a third reply to complaint. First message 2;30 wed was left at #26 ext second message fri at 8;30 on youe extension. [redacted] filed Sept 11 and court was Sept 29 New Brunswick civil part. when my information was presented to the court she walked out, Case was dismissed after no answer from her on second call re; the contract. I am rejecting this response because: Firstly, what [redacted] stated is not true, I was not even in court that day. I did file against him and the day of the hearing, I couldn't even make it to court because I was extremely sick. I faxed to court my doctor's note and the case was dismissed. I have refiled. Secondly, his response does not resolve the fact that he still owes me almost $3,000.00. He is only giving an account of what he thought he saw in court, not the full story.

At court, the court clerk gave me the information that I gave as a response. He stated he would mail a determination sheet. Pollock Installations is at po box [redacted] my wife has a home at [redacted] it is her house and not Pollock installations address all and any information is to go to Pollock installations at [redacted], not her home. I still have copy of all emails back and fourth to customer as to special order materials not returnable [redacted]
