I was unaware that [redacted] was having issue's with his amended returns We've followed up on every notice received by him that he has provided us over the years I've phoned him & asked him to call me back so we can follow up on any open issues I've emailed him asking him to either work through any issues he has with me or to seek another accountant to follow up on his issues I've sent him another email explaining the status of each of his tax returns & amended tax returns back to The amended returns were filed for informational purposes only - not to seek refunds He has now stated that he has not received any of his refunds back to 2010, which I was unaware of I've created a power of attorney for him to sign so I can follow up with a phone call to the IRS If he signs & returns the power of attorney to me I will phone the IRS & follow up on his refunds back to 2010, but I cannot do anything further at this time as the IRS will require the power of attorney to discuss [redacted] 's tax situation with me

I didn't realize the *** had an issue with FBAR filings. I phoned him immediately to set up an appointment to go over the issue & phone the IRS together to resolve any issue that may be outstanding, but I haven't heard back from him. FBAR filings do need to made in US currency
amounts. Tax issues are personal & I'd really like to discuss specifics with *** personally. I have plenty of time available to meet next week if he can fit me in.Carla Pollock, CPA

I did not accept the reply from Carla Pollock tax accounting I have made several attempts to contact them in regards to this complaint including writing a request for them to address this situation on the bill I paid for my taxes and calls and personal contact I do not know how this was resolved successfully by the Revdex.com because I wrote in the message I was not satisfied Thanks *** ***
