Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintI vehemently disagree with the response provided by Mac HaikFirstly, the salesman no longer works in that department to be held accountable for the claim per my conversation with the general sales manager today, and there has been a shakeup in management since April because of improper management at the dealershipSecondly, the first document with the original agreed to price was referenced today in our phone conversation but excluded from the business response, a blatant and fraudulent effort to try and pin a customer with the issue when the dealership cannot handle the responsibility of its employees and managers actionsThere is additional documentation, the very first document that we agreed upon, states the FULL price to be paid was $19,000, and I would put $down which would bring the price to $17,This was the first contract that was undergone between myself and Mac Haik as represented by the salesman Jonski [redacted] and the manager that signed off.The manager also told me today that the car was still sold to me as a loss for the dealershipIt was a show room floor model and that needed to be liquidated from inventoryThe above actions along with this admission show that the business was even more desperate to mitigate recouping a loss, so they put an unfair burden on the customer by using unethical sales practice and fraudulent representation. This is further evidenced by the salesman no longer working there, and a change in managementSuch change shows that the dealership had issues with both the sales staff and management, which is further proof that my clam is legitimate and needs to be reconciled Regards,

Please send me previous customer complaint

After careful review of facts in this case, Mac Haik Ford strongly disagrees with the assertion that were in anyway fraudulent in are dealings with Mr***The attached Vehicle Purchase Order clearly shows that Mac Haik Ford sold the Ford Escape to Mr*** for $18,999.36, which
included the Tax, Title, and License, and was after his $down paymentMr*** both, initialed and signed this documentFurthermore, the document Mr*** alluded to in his complaint, also clearly shows the $down payment, and the agreed upon $19,drive out priceWhile we do find it unfortunate that Mr*** may of, on his own, misconceived something, we do believe fully that Mac Haik Ford acted in a clear and concise manner, and see no need for further remedy at this point

Have the customer contact me at 713-932-*** and I will refund him the $Bob ***

Regards,

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We will discuss this issue with all of our [redacted] technicians and use as an example in our technician training. Most of our complaints come from customers who think we may be wanting to repair something that may not need work done. Obviously,...

our tech did not do a thorough inspection on your vehicle. If you decide to have us do another works package inspection, it will be on us. I am so sorry for your inconvenience and hope you will give us another opportunity to prove that we can do the job right. Thank you so much for letting us know of your experience.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintI vehemently disagree with the response provided by Mac Haik. Firstly, the salesman no longer works in that department to be held accountable for the claim per my conversation with the general sales manager today, and there has been a shakeup in management since April because of improper management at the dealership. Secondly, the first document with the original agreed to price was referenced today in our phone conversation but excluded from the business response, a blatant and fraudulent effort to try and pin a customer with the issue when the dealership cannot handle the responsibility of its employees and managers actions. There is additional documentation, the very first document that we agreed upon, states the FULL price to be paid was $19,000, and I would put $2000 down which would bring the price to $17,000. This was the first contract that was undergone between myself and Mac Haik as represented by the salesman Jonski [redacted] and the manager that signed off.The manager also told me today that the car was still sold to me as a loss for the dealership. It was a show room floor model and 2016 that needed to be liquidated from inventory. The above actions along with this admission show that the business was even more desperate to mitigate recouping a loss, so they put an unfair burden on the customer by using unethical sales practice and fraudulent representation. This is further evidenced by the salesman no longer working there, and a change in management. Such change shows that the dealership had issues with both the sales staff and management, which is further proof that my clam is legitimate and needs to be reconciled.

he became more interested. We never had a commitment from him with money and signature that he was 100% sure that was the truck he wanted.  Had he been on site, gave us a cash deposit, I would have honored the price. However, he never made a commitment to purchase. We have many people every day offer to purchase but never give us any money. Money and a signed purchase agreement determines a sale. We adjust prices upward and downward every day and once this vehicle came out of the bodyshop, the price was adjusted upward. This particular customer lives in Iowa and until substantial deposit with signed buyer's order showing sales price, we cannot honor.
