I did tell her I would send her a receipt by faxShe never called me back to give me a numberNoone ever talked about emailIf I had an email address or fax I would send it But once again she was hiding the car and was very hard to deal with when I repo ed itShe knew all the fees from day one because when she called she asked how much it would be thru almost Anthor weekBottom line is send me a email or fax and it will be resolved This is really getting out of handAll she has to do is call me or email meThis complaint is a waist of timeAll she has to do is come to usIf you have and other questions feel free to contact me

Regarding the complaint we received dated 3/7/from your office, our response follows: The Department of Housing and Urban Development approved the refund of Ms [redacted] ’s earnest money on February 8, On the same day, this information was provided to Ms [redacted] ’s title company, Old Republic Title, so they could refund the earnest money to Ms [redacted] Old Republic Title issued the check to Ms [redacted] on March 4, and the check cleared her bank on March 12, A copy of the cancelled check is attached for your review Call me with any questions or if you require additional informationThanks [redacted] Business Support Specialist

In response to the claim against c & w towing and recovery llcI [redacted] the owner towed this car from [redacted] apartment due to a car just parked on the curbThe apartments called me due to the garbage truck not being able to get to the garbageThis car was not in a parking spot at all and the apartments have them sign a lease with strict parking enforcementThe owner of the car called me about to times cussing and just going offI told him my name of my company the address and what the fees were that dayI already discounted the feesHowever I told him if he kept calling and cussing me then I would go back to the original feesThey then came to the office and gave my secretary a hard time we explained to them that we don't release anything out of the car just pay your fees and get your carThey stated they didn't have the money and didn't know when they would have the moneyThe reason we don't release items without trading key and title for stuff is because we have learned we get stuck with the car and then we have to go thru the filing process to obtain the carSo all we have asked is for them to come pay there fess and puck up the carThanks for your time [redacted] ***

Case [redacted] Inboxx Mike P*** < [redacted] @***.com>Jan (days ago)to me Case id number [redacted] Polo cleaners response to [redacted] *** Our records indicate that [redacted] dropped off a purse on 10/3/It was sent off to a repair shop on 10/25/We received the repaired purse back on 10/31/The item was picked up on 11/8/at 9:am using [redacted] ***s account informationIt was paid for in cash the balance was $a twenty was provided [redacted] came in demanding the purse which we explained had already been picked up on 11/8/He immediately started to say it was an $purse and he needed to be compensated for itAlthough he claimed it was an $he was willing to accept $We explained to [redacted] the item has already been picked up by someone using his account number and informationThis is exactly why we advise out customers not to share their account informationWe again explained to [redacted] that someone using his account information had picked up the purse and we are not responsible for it after it is picked upWe advised him to go speak to his employees about his purseHe angrily insisted that no one picked it up and that he is owed $ [redacted] called the next day again changing his story and saying that he would be willing to accept $for the purseWe again explained to [redacted] that his purse had been picked up and we are not responsible for shared account informationI am very sorry that [redacted] has misplaced his purseOur records indicate the day dropped off and picked upThere is no way for any employee to enter the database and alter the day it was picked up or dropped offI also find it very interesting that each time [redacted] called the price and value of the purse changedIn his complaint he is now saying it is worth $but he is willing to accept $Its very different than what he was stating over the phoneEmployees are not near where the purses are kept and there are cameras monitoring the areaSo his idea that it was stolen in the store is ludicrousI can only advise [redacted] not to share his account information with employees or friends to avoid his situation again.Michael P***General Manager

I *** *** owner of C & W Towing And Recovery LLC find this complaint to be ridiculousThis car was a REPO.This lady hid from the finance company even chance she gotShe ran from several states and when I caught her at her job she was hard to deal with at that pointI tried to release her
personal belongings and get the key to the carShe refused to cooperate in any mannerThe lady redeem her car with the finance company however once u redeem there are fees you pay the towing companyWhich I have explained to this ladyShe knew because I quoted her a price broke it down for her thru the day she said she could come pick it upShe knew there was per day storageAdministration fees and personal property removal fees as wellI already cut her a break on some of the storageWhich I wish I would of never doneShe has never asked to email her a receipt she knew actually what the fees where her finance company told her and I told herIf you have any further questions feel free to contact me backThanks *** *** President

I told him my name of my company the address and what the fees were that day. I already discounted the fees. I am asking for a receipt like he promised me in writing for the whole amount adding up to $325.00.  The finance company quoted a $25.00 a day storage charge and [redacted] quoted $35.00 a day. He told me that he was willing to email me a receipt on 8/25/14. He couldn't do it on 8/22/14, because he was on his way to the auction at 3:00. I picked up my car @ 2:45pm on 8/22/14.  I have a call log of every time that I called[redacted] on his job phone @ 864-[redacted] and his cell phone. He told me his operating hours was from Monday-Wednesday 9-5, so I have been mindful of that and have been reaching out to him to resolve this matter and have yet to get my receipt.  He has my address he can even mail it or email it and he has even asked me to send a text to 864-[redacted]. That number doesn't allow text messages. How can I get a receipt? Just like he found the time to respond to this letter, why hasn't he called me back to rectify this receipt issue?
