Review: This office has gone months without needing anything but the agreed upon amount of $25 a month. On January 20th 2014 we received a phone call from [redacted] in his office. Who stated there was a mix up and we had to immediately pay off the vaccinations on our puppies. However, we had another dog ([redacted]) and another dog ([redacted] their mother) in and they both received theirs with no mention of any payments needing to be done at the time of service. Now months later this is a problem?.Desired Settlement: This is very unethical, and people who I have spoken too in the community can't believe they are doing this to someone who is disabled and lives check to check. I was doing the responsible thing, taking care of these puppies. We set up a payment plan with [redacted] one of the office secretaries. And now months later I'm getting stiffed. How is this fair [redacted]?....At least 5 in your office were aware we were making payments and no one EVER complained...So why now?. Going back on the agreement is not only unfair, but unethical as well. I can't afford more than the agreed upon amount of $25 a month, which I might add I had not missed one payment. You are the only office to ever do this, and I've owed thousands more in hospital bills, and they took my payments...Why? because they knew that was the right thing to do.

I will not consider this matter closed because this is also my termination of services with you. Had you upheld your end of the agreement, and [redacted] not called us demanding we pay in full vaccinations that apparently due to her not calling me back and I had to call your office to hear your response...There is really no need for that is there? You won't be seeing a dime more of this bill. This is a lesson, for you, that you understand that you need to overhaul your office policies. Everyone in your office needs to be on the same page so you don't continue this unethical behavior.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] is LYING, He knows we asked him directly about payments he told us to work it out with [redacted] at the front desk

and we made payment arrangement with [redacted] that same day. Lying gets you

in trouble [redacted], I feel that you felt because I am disabled you can walk all over

me, you are the only place that has done this. You waited MONTHS to tell me we had to pay the bill and no more payments. I can't believe you feel lying about this will solve anything. You admitted in your response that the payments were being made to you, So there should be no issue. My girlfriend and I will be telling everyone we know to steer clear of you, as going back on your word and trying to strong arm someone who is not only Disabled but whom makes far less than you a month, is unethical. This matter is closed at this point, a Revdex.com complaint strike against you goes farther than you think. Guess you need to go to Church and learn why lying is wrong. 5 people in your office knew we were making payments, Your policies are flawed and not set in stone if you allowed us to make arrangements with [redacted]. Shame on you Sir.
