I Della *** paid cash for our meal and drinksI used a dollar billI did not use a credit cardI did not have any drinks in the parking lotI took of picture of my sister and I with a small shot bottle I bought for my cousins batcholett party I have filed a complaint with the police department and asked if I could request the video tape that the bar hasThe police officer informed me that the bar dose have video camerasThey had used them for a bar fight last fallI would like for the Revdex.com to view these tapes and decide who is telling the truthI would also like for the Revdex.com to know that it was the owners son Jeffery Helene that was the bartenderHe has a prior recordI also don't appreciate the bar making statementsI would like the bar owners to view those tapes before making any more statements.

I am writing in response to complaints ID *** and ID ***On
Sunday October 1 I received a call at my
home from Beverly *** telling me her credit card was double charged and that
the bartender double charged her for her mealI explained that I was at my
home and did not have
the receipts in front of me but I would definately look
into it and would refund any mistake we may have madeI also explained the
procedure we use for all credit card transactions as well as the processing
used for all credit card transactions.I asked Beverly if it was possible that
the bartender that came on duty at 8:00p.mcould have rang up their meal a
second time without knowing it had already been paid for she said noShe said
she was going to go to her bank and credit card company which I encouraged her
to do.I did exactly as I said I was going to do as well as talk to all the
employees on duty that eveningI found the transactions in question the
first at 18:the second at 19:Our credit card transactions process is as
follows the purchase is made by the card being swiped then receipts are
printed out one for the merchant which the customer adds a tip if they choose
and signs the receipt then is put in the cash register the other is given to
the customer as the receiptAt closing either my husband or myself go through
all of the credit card receipts to adjust the tips before batching that days
receipts once that is done those receipts are thrown in the garbageAdjusting
the tips justs means we add the tip on the purchase so total includes purchase
plus tip that gets sent to our processing company for paymentWe went through
the garbage from Saturday night to see if we could find the receipts which we
didI also have the guest check from the mealThe receipts from the garbage
are crumpled up and dirty but are somewhat ledgable. After speaking with our
bartender,waitress and cook came to the conclusion they had considerably more
to drink than they claimed including consuming shots of a homemade brew they
had in their car in our parking lotThis was brought to my attention by our
cook as the two women making the complaints had come to Little Mexico because
they are friends of hisHe then showed me Della J ***'s facebook profile
picture of the two women drinking some shots in our parking lot with our
building in the backroundI have a text message reply from our cook after I asked him about their meal,the amount
of time they were at Little Mexico and were they drinking inside and in the
parking lot his response was"Charge them! they are just trying to get out
of trouble with their husbands"After speaking to our bartender he stated
they had shots of Blue Caracco added to their several margaritas he also
remembered the long island tea and the shots of jagermeister. Beverly called me on Wed October I
told her due to what I found and based on statements from employees I was refunding her for her meal and the tips that were added on
her credit card transactionsThe meal was $18.99, the first creditcard
transaction the tip was $and the second credit card transaction the tip
was $for a total of $
