I am rejecting this response because: They are not offering a solutionThe issue is that Dr [redacted] office manager, [redacted] lied to me about what Medi-Cal would cover for adultsShe also lied to me on the phone when I first called inquiring if they accepted Medi-Cal Insurance (I did not ask if they accepted Medi-Cal patients)Because of her actions I am now out almost $2,that most OR ALL of which WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY MEDI-CAL

I am rejecting this response because: They are not offering a solution. The issue is that Dr. [redacted] office manager, [redacted] lied to me about what Medi-Cal would cover for adults. She also lied to me on the phone when I first called inquiring if they accepted Medi-Cal Insurance (I did not ask if they accepted Medi-Cal patients). Because of her actions I am now out almost $2,300.00 that most OR ALL  of which WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY MEDI-CAL.

beginning treatment we explain the risks, costs, benefits, and alternatives to treatment.  We let our patients decide what they wish to do, even if they do not wish to do anything.  It is their right and we respect that.  Prior to beginning any treatment, we obtain informed consent verbally and in writing. We do not force any at gun point to proceed with treatment or to stay in a chair with their mouth open while we work.  Instead, we partner with our patients in cooperation and trust them when they tell us that they want to proceed.  We care about your son and we stand by the quality dentistry we provided him.
