Poly Performance

Review: I placed and order on polyperformance.com on 11/15/14 for a CTM 1/2" DRIVE - 9" DEEP IMPACT SOCKET and I still have not recieved it. I have called the the customer service number and spoke to a male who told me he would have to look into my order and call me back. He never did. I called again and got the same story about looking into it and getting a call back. I still have not been called back. When I call now I don't get an answer at all. I sent them emails and used the webisite messenger over and over, I have gotten no replies.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $83.54 I paid for an order I never received.

Inaccurate website product description. Missing parts with order, parts not offered online or recommended for consumer to use, but they will sell you everything else. When you try to call for the missing part, they will not help and suggest you pay both ways shipping. No solutions offered for a mistake that is clearly theirs. False advertising and they make YOU pay for it! Stay away!
