It is unfortunate that D*** *** from poly Pro windows and doors has been dishonest about her companies actions.Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:My attorney has been in contact with D*** *** he has provided her with the appropriate documentation showing paymentHe has also requested that she return the windows based upon the legal standing of the facts of that dayShe has refused to return the windows to my property, and she has refused any further contact with himBased upon the facts of that day and documents proving the facts D*** *** shows to be in possession of not only the money that was paid to her but also the materials that were forShe has called my lender and called me and has made threatening statementsIn the state of California it is illegal to be in possession of both material and the funds used to pay for them. She has been given ample time to respond to my attorney unfortunately she has refused and therefore we will be pursuing action against her by all legal means necessary. D*** *** also had *** her representative and the gentleman she's in a romantic relationship with speak to my neighbors and feed them liesThis company has notoriously bullied other customersMy attorney has collected affidavits from past customers who have also experienced similar poor business practices from D*** *** personally as well as her business poly Pro windows and doorsTo my understanding the reason the Revdex.com exist is to help hold those accountable for these kind of poor business practicesIt's a Revdex.com would like a copy of any of my documentation showing payment and the numerous emails and communications that were made by both myself and my attorney trying to settle this issue with D*** *** of polypro Windows and Doors I'm happy to provide that. In closing the personal attacks that D*** *** has made against me, and the reaction to the customer complaint she is had from me and others should speak volumes to her character and integrity

Poly Pro Window & Door Company took a deposit from MsM*** and ordered several "windows and doors" for her. This order was to be COD for the balance. MsM*** could not pay the balance, so before the truck arrived with the product, it was notified and turned around until
such time that the windows and doors could be paid for. If MsM*** still has a question about the order, please have her contact us directly

I am rejecting this response because:The response received from poly Pro windows and doors does not give an accurate recount of the events that occurred on December 19th I have confirmation the windows were delivered to my property I have confirmation that *** the owner was trespassing on my property and took it upon himself to take the windows that were delivered to my property off my property which is illegal.We have had several conversations with *** stating that any balance left on the Windows including the delivery fee will be paid in full when the full and complete window order is returned.There are currently several other customers with complaints that we have recorded stating similar poor business practices.We also have verification that the full window order was not delivered there for a full balance including delivery should not be expected.

The details of December 19th, 2017 were accurately given to your organization. After dealing with so many inconsistent, misleading and purposely attempting to cover up facts. I ask that you contact her neighbors the day of the delivery. Her driveway is very narrow and after a very "revealing" conversation with Ms. L[redacted] (the full name) the morning of the delivery, she told [redacted] that she was on the phone with Milgard Manufacturing and, not only did they tell her she did not have to be at the jobsite, they told her they don't need a COD check. [redacted] responded to her that Milgard is the MANUFACTURE, not the dealer and they don't take checks from customers do they sell to them. I can provide direct phone numbers to the manufacture and to the neighbor who witnessed. In regard to her statment about "payment in full", she owes a large balance and it is my opinion that she attempted to circumvent the delivery and not have the check. Julia Wright, the office Coordinator called Ms. [redacted] on the 15th about the delivery day and the time to be about 10-11. She said nothing to us and knew full well to have the C.O.D balance in full as outlined in our terms and conditions contract.I reject any and all claims she makes, based on the facts. She has no such payment in full nor does she have proof of anything regarding delivery of them to her property.This is sadly turning into slander, libel and defamation that will be filed against this person. I spoke with her neighbor the other day and he is more than willing to give testimony to the events. Respectfully,D[redacted]
