I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***It is not true, that I requested additional services from FedEx at time of delivery (lift gate and inside delivery) FedEx removed these charges , after my call to FedEx Customer Advocacy Grupp , so case is closed
Mr [redacted] requested additional services from FedEx at time of delivery (lift gate and inside delivery) that was not authorized by Poly-Tex on the original bill of lading. FedEx billed the consignee (Mr [redacted]) for these additional services. Our shipping team has been working with FedEx to have...
these charges removed, but FedEx has so far refused since Mr [redacted] authorized these extra delivery charges.We will again reach out to FedEx to help facilitate the removal of these charges and will update in 4-5 business days
