DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL If I could rate this hotel a negative 0, I wouldThis pictures posted on the website are advertisement I have NEVER stayed at a hotel so dirty and unappealing Everything with this hotel is out of date, even down to the TV The furniture was out dated and dirty House keeping did not change the sheets in the room, they only made the bed up again The sheets were off white, with stains I took pictures of the hotel and room I have since contacted the company that booked my reservation at the Polynesian Hotel

My kids and I made reservations to stay here and we're told a way different storyWhen I got in there the first thing I saw was a cigarette butt on the floor looked out of my "ocean view" window only to see a big palm tree in the way of everything and the window was filthy looked like it hadn't been washed in months honestlyI pulled back the sheets to find tobacco all in the clean sheets and what looked like body fluids as well the fridge was brokenI called the front desk to get put of there and return my money but they told me they could not it was policy that they couldn't return money even though we just walked in and had not been in there ten minutesI was so upset I cried all weekend we had booked it for two nights so I was stuck there and felt disgusted the entire timeThere was bugs in there also I have no idea what kind it

It seemed to be staffed pretty well, but I'm not sure what they actually were doing Difficult in navigating where the rooms where and how to get around - quite a few people were wandering trying to figure it all outNo clear signs on where to go Elevators were either not working and/or filthy Rooms are in need of some serious updating and cleaning Thankfully I brought my own sheets and Clorox wipes - absolutely gross what the wipes looked like after using them [there was dried up toothpaste on the bathroom faucet] Could not walk on the floors/rug without any shoes on - yuck! There was a cockroach moving around and then just died - have no idea what killed it Pool/lounge area was not cleaned daily - I actually saw litter sit around for 1/days before it was picked upPretty much grossed out the entire trip, that we actually cancelled the last night, because we just couldn't stomach another day(another guest that came at the same time actually requested to see the room before she would accept - wonder if she stayed?) Next time we will check it all out first and if it's anything like this place, we will go elsewhere!

Me and my husband booked this hotel online under the impression that this was a nice resort, the beds were infested with bed bugs, foul smell

My family and I stayed in this hotel and my boyfriend was shocked due to a hot wire in our lampAlso I have yet to receive my security deposit back
