Although the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) was right to refund me in full, I do not accept this complaint as resolvedThe fact that tourists will undoubtedly be mislead as to the sponsorship and affiliation of the PCC based on PCC deceptive trade practices, I cannot accept this complaint as resolvedFurthermore the employment practices of PCC which excludes people based on their sexual orientation and/or religious beliefs cause injury and loss of dignity to members of those groups who attend the PCCI believe this is a direct violation of my civil rights in a public accommodationThe PCC shall change all advertisement to include the true sponsorship and affiliation of the organization so as to avoid injuring and discriminating against members of the public who may also be mislead as to the true affiliation of the PCC. I paid entrances to a place that was advertised as a place of entertainment, only to then find out that the place I'd given money to would not hire me based on my sexual orientation and right to marryI believe this to be injurious to members of my protected classThe PCC should either change their hiring practices or change their advertising as to reflect the true nature and affiliation of the PCC

I am rejecting this response because: our credit card's statements since Nov. 2014 has never shown a refund for my husband. It only showed a refund for myself. Since for some reason the initial refund didn't go through, [redacted] said that she manually refunded me yesterday. I was told to wait for several business days for that to show up. Therefore I'll keep this complaint open before I make sure we do receive the refund.
