I have a 2002 porsche boxster that needed a tow. They answered the phone immediately. They Kept me updated by text. Also, they asked me to send pictures by text so they would bring the correct towing supplies with them. The Porsche Boxster is very low to the ground. They were experienced enough to do the right thing and I appreciated that. Very Prompt and took really good care of my car. Definitely recommend this company.
Paul, the owner, has not only cussed at me on the telephone and hung up on me and my mother several times, his mechanics lied to us and told us there was a head gasket blown and after further inspection it was fine. They tried to charge us 1300 for something it didn't even need! Then when his driver dropped the car off, he dropped it off hours earlier than he was told to, and left it IN FRONT of the driveway! The cars engine was not working, and it was just my aunt who cant move a car by herself! My aunt could not get into her driveway when she got home two hours later! They will not even issue a refund and he has been extremely rude!!!

Yes, someone from the company called me and said he would refund the money, $100. He said I will call you back on Monday (this was a wednesday) and I never heard back from him. So I refilled the complaint.
