I am rejecting this response because: Best Buy Car Sale has only ever stated that they sold the vehicle "as is" and therefore they will not help me However, Best Buy Car Sale fails to appreciate that they committed fraud in the inducement of the contract for sale of the vehicle The transmission was the one sticking point, the one reason I did not buy the vehicle initially Therefore, Best Buy Car Sale replaced or rebuilt the transmission in order to fix it, or so they claimed In reality, they either left in the old faulty transmission and "put a Band-Aid" on the problem, or they replaced it with a faulty transmission Either way, the transmission that they sold me contained loose metal fragments that caused the transmission to break shortly after I bought the vehicle and they did not "rebuild" the transmission as they claimed This was fraud and they cannot hide from their fraud behind a claim of "as is" sale To further evidence what a fraud this was, Best Buy Car Sale refuses even to identify who did the supposed repair work on the transmission! They have been lying to me all along in order to sell to me a vehicle that they knew was defective while they attempted to cover up the defect

We have a full refund waiting for the clientThey will not return our messages or emails

I am rejecting this response because:They never offered the inspection and I was not reminded of it before I signed the documents, the issue only came up when we were on the phone trying to come to an agreement, I negotiated a lower price; asking for a $reduction of the advertised price; because the vehicle needed new tires, which cost $650, the dealer is making it sound he gave me a great deal, I ended up paying more than what was the listed price by buying tires, which the dealer refused to accept that needed replacement, when they were clearly worn out and had no life left on them.I did not have miles on the vehicle when I contacted the dealer, as he is suggesting, the light came on after miles and I tried to contact the dealer for nearly four or five days; they never called me back, I always was the one trying to reach them, yes, when I finally contacted the manager, close to two weeks after the purchase date had passed, but I tried to approach them much earlier, speaking with Sargan at the same dealership, I have proof of sending him an email, showing that I had been in touch with them. The vehicle was taken to be diagnosed about five days after the engine light came on because of my schedule, which didn't allow me to take it in earlier, when the vehicle was taken in, the vehicle had about miles after purchase, not as the dealer is suggesting, nevertheless as I had mentioned, the light had turned on after about miles. The dealer had made a verbal agreement to take care of anything that came up within a relatively close period of time, according to him that was one day, which is really no warranty at all, I feel less than a week is fair to ask for a verbal warranty to be valid, especially when as I have proved, or can prove with further documentation, the issues were already existing in the vehicle history and were issues that would have made it illegal for the dealer to sell the vehicle unless he repaired them. The amount of repairs required for the vehicle after diagnosis, exceed the amount I am requesting from the dealer; the actual bill was of $when the work was performed, we were able to reduce the total amount of work that was originally suggested; meaning I have taken responsibility for the purchase, I still feel nevertheless, I am not responsible for issues that should have been taken care of to sell a vehicle up to legal standards. Sincerely,*** *** *** ***

We do advertise A Months OR 3,Miles POWER TRAIN Warranty, and we also include it with any deal for our customersIt is important to notice under our Seller's Note we disclose that any customer has to pay ourasking price in order for them to get this warranty. If you should have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.Best Buy Car Sale

I am rejecting this response because:When I found the vehicle online there was a warranty of miles, in the advertisement they sell themselves as a very reliable dealer and that they wont just sell you any car, they also had a sign as best dealership of by the Revdex.com, which gave me a lot of confidence, I went in there expecting a reliable car, I test drove it and checked it and it seemed fine, how would I know that it had stored codes in it.I was kind of surprised that when we were signing the contract they were selling it to me AS IS and no warranty, because as I am showing on the attached document they didn't advertise it like that, I was also surprised that in the AS IS document they set in small letters that no verbal warranty agreement with the dealer would be held as a legal binding agreement, from their advertisement and back up form the Revdex.com, they looked like honorable people, I didn't feel I had to question any of that.I was never told I had the right to take it to a mechanic and have it tested, until the issue arouse. The experience with this dealer makes me question any type of advertisement they make, as far as I am concerned, I have not received a good service at all, on the contrary, it feels like the worst financial decision I have made in my life, and in many cases because I trusted their advertisement, I trusted my gut feeling about the car, I trusted their reputation from the Revdex.com, I trusted the word of *** that he would take care of things if they came up, in this case it seems I shouldn't have trusted on any of those, the worst thing is that I feel I should have at least gotten a vehicle that would be reliable, the issues that were related to the engine light coming on, according to the ** technician made it a car completely unreliable to drive, I am not asking them to take care of all the existing issues, which were many, just those related to the engine light coming on, I still think that is fair.Sincerely, *** *** *** ***

The customer called in for his own payoff and was quoted a different amountWe have sent the payoff to his lien holder for a higher amountA refund is in processThe complaint has no merit

sold by Gerald Netters as a CPO vehicle in According to deal scan it was a clean CarfaxHowever on 5/it was reported to Carfax that the vehicle had been in an accident at an unspecified previous dateWhen the client returned to us he said a dealer had bid it for less as a
result of the CarfaxWe then offered a very aggressive purchase price and trade in value to match as good willThe amount at the time exceeded the amount the other dealer had devalued it forIn addition we extended that amount as a buy bid to the dealer of his choiceWe also attempted to trade him out of it but if I recall correctly his obligations and payoff amount prevented us from offering him agreeable terms I do recall a scenario where we also extended him assistance in service for an issue with the car that was not covered under warranty
